Afternoon Aromatherapy hand massages and relaxation with Amanda
Sing-A-Long with Fleur playing the keyboard.

WEDNESDAY
Morning Bingo
Afternoon Musical entertainment
THURSDAY
Morning One to one therapies/activities with Amanda in the Unit activities include Reminiscence quiz, poetry and so on.
Visit from ‘Fudge’ the dog
Afternoon Cookery afternoon with quiz or poetry
FRIDAY
Morning Keep Fit Fun & Games with Amanda
Visit from ‘Fudge’ the dog
Afternoon Musical entertainment
Mini Bus Trip - destinations include Portsdown Hill, Hayling Island,Southsea, Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
- The minibus also goes out on a Saturday and Sunday if the weather permits.
- Trips to local pubs for lunch are also organised for those residents who are able to enjoy them, (these are generally on a Wednesday.)
