EASTFIELD NURSING HOME
NEWSLETTER
I have attached the menus for the month and some minutes from recent meetings that have been held at Eastfield. Also there is a form attached to this newsletter that should be used if you feel that there is something important that needs to be communicated to all the care staff, it is called a ‘Personalised Care – Action Form’.
We will be trying to commission the new kitchen this month and also working towards completing the new rooms.
John will be holding October’s meeting in the lounge at 2.15pm on October 24th, come along if you have any comments to make or you even if you just want to listen .
SWIMMING POOL:
Please take advantage of this beautiful pool. The pool is heated to body temperature so it feels like a nice warm bath. Vicky, who is running the hydrotherapy sessions, will look after you. If you would like to try the pool please let one of the staff know.
MUSIC AFTERNOONS:
Sharon will be singing for you in the lounge in the afternoon on Tuesday 9th & 23rd and Thursday 4th & 18th this month.

Get out and about with the Eastfield mini-bus. It will be touring the local countryside and there will be a stop for a nice cup of tea. The bus is only going out once a week at the moment, but we hope to increase this back up to twice a week in the next few weeks. Please let a member of staff know if you would like to go on a trip.
